To register for a program or event:

One form per participant(program) or team(event).

1. Select and download the corresponding form. Read and fill in ALL information required. Payment process is at the bottom of the form.
2. Once the form is complete and you have reviewed the information, including consent, email your registration, followed by your e-transfer payment to: payment@atlanticcanadavolleyball.ca.
3. When both payment and form are received you will receive in return an e-mail confirming entry and a receipt.

Notes

• Fee paid in full is required by the start of program/event.
• Payments are electronic transfers only. If you require other methods of payments or request a payment plan please contact Shane St-Louis, President/CEO, at: sst-louis@atlanticcanadavolleyball.ca.
• The timestamp on the last received e-mail (e-transfer or registration form) will be used as order of registration if needed and waitlists are created. Payments will not be processed if placed on a waitlist.
